This was a outing to celebrate a special occasion and Restaurant Patrick Guilbaud succeeded in making it memorable. Food wonderful particularly Mushroom Risotto, Lobster Ravioli, Cote de Boeuf Black Sole and a sublime Lime Souffle. Service was excellent led by the maitre d' who made the whole party feel special. A great evening in a restaurant which manages to avoid pretension and preciousness. Worth E200 a head? On balance yes, but that price demands that performance every meal. Bon Courage!

My guest and I enjoyed a wonderful dinner at Patrick Guilbaud. My belly of pork was wonderfully soft and my pudding with chocolate ganache was very enjoyable way to finish the meal. As we were dining for lunch we chose to opt for the set lunch menu which was very good value. the staff were incredibly attentive and the restuarant decor felt very calming and relaxing. When in Dublin again I would definately go there.
