China Sichuan

I have eaten some excellent, authentic Sichuan food in NYC and London, and have to say that China Sichuan is easily as good. It's not cheap but as a once-in-a-while treat, you can't beat it. The decor is nice and the service is polite and always helpful if you have questions about certain dishes.

The spicing is a little toned down for Western palates but apart from that it feels very authentic. The dumplings are great, really tasty, and we always get the black sole in XO sauce and twice-cooked pork belly slices in chilli oil.

Highly recommended!
